I like to know more about how to replace our BL-5C model batteries? where and how it'll be replaced? tried searching on the official Nokia website.. but it only tells us what's the battery info... I've seen too many questions about of this battery model... just wanna know how, where, the battery can be replaced? will it be delivered or distributed on official Nokia stores and replace it for free? how will it be done? wanna know more... I also like to ask the official Nokia costumer care service, the one that we can send e-mails about complaints and suggestions... I want straight answers... been searching on the whole Yahoo! Answers page... but it only gives me little information about it... hope I can help some of those who also owned this battery model and how will it be replaced.. thanks..

I tried searching for these for you at http://www.batteriesdepot.info/. I didn't see them but you may want to give them a call. I've always found what I needed there. Their number is (408)739-2833. They also have live chat online. Hope this helps!
