I called them back and they said that some phones are not un-lockable, even with the unlocking code. Do you guys know how I could still unlock it or is this it?? Your help greatly appreciated! Thanks!

call them back and tell them to quit BS ing you this code is provided to them by the manufacturer i also have t mobile and have unlocked now 5 different phones of wich one is a 6280
