One way to do it, is using Bluetooth
Sync your mobile and laptop using bluetooth
Set up the Nokia PC suite that came with your phone.
Open Nokia Phone Browser on your computer
Click the applicatin icon and transfer the jad/jar files form your computer into the Applications folder on your phone!!
