To remove programs you either find if they have an uninstall (start,applications, find the program folder) or go to control panel, uninstall or repair items, then go to the one you want to erase and click on it and go to uninstall.
As for the laptop and mobile nokia, probably not, i think you'd need a USB-phone connector.
