Some phone shops, some electronics shops and some "dollar shop" stores sell hand-operated chargers, around $ 10.
They produce electricity with a dynamo. You just turn the handle to operate it. It takes about half an hour for a full charge though!
They come with half a dozen different plugs, to suit common makes of phones. Nokia of course is included.
