i have a nokia mobile with 2mp camera with has highest video resolution of 176*144
where as my friend has a samsung 2mp camera in his phone but it the phone is capable to records videos at 320*240 where as both the mobile have highest resolution of still images as 1200*1600 ????????????????????
if mp should is not considered video with video resolution then what determines the resolution of video ???????????

2 Megapixels refers to still image resolution, which is whatever resolution you posted last.
Video resolution, however, depends on what the manufacturer of the phone decides. The same MP phone won't necessarily have the same video resolution
