Can your phone's IMEI number be transferred to a different phone so you can still use and install your previously purchased software?
If that is your question, the answer is no. Each phone is made with a unique IMEI number. It is in the phone and retail package of your phone. You can not change it. It is there so stolen phones can be made useless and locked by the service providers, and to identify the owner of the phone.
