I have a Nokia 6103 under T-mobile and want to get a Samsung Blast under T-mobile can I switch the sim card into the Samsung Blast without any problems?

yeah just take the sim card out of the old phone and the put it in the other phone... all a sim card does is keep all your information like your address book (numbers), setting and account information... the sim card just hold it in one place.. but yes you can

I would ask T-Mobile first before doing that.You could loose everything on it.

yup. don't worry.
make sure you have all your contacts save in sim card only.
if it is save in your phone and you switch your card. then you are not going to see your contacts on new cell phone.
