I have a nokia 6103 and i deleted all the themes except one and im deleting all the ringtones that came with the phone and all the wallpapers and icons...will that give me more room for ringtones and pictures?

Yes it will.
Note that some ringtones, themes and pictures may be locked by the phone and you won't be able to delete them. If you run into that problem, it's normal.
