I just finished charging it 4 hours ago and havent used it. Does it have something to do with the fact that i have a 16GB mem card? Or is it bcos it has a virus?

It could be that you have allot of apps running at the same time (e.i. gps, internet, or tv) either that or you just got the phone with a weak batteries, or you have had it plugged in so long that the batteries is starting to weaken.

Are you using the charger that came with it originally from Nokia?

Batteries in all electronics wear out very fast after a lot of use. If you just bought the phone I would take it back and let them know. If you have had it for a while my questions to you would be. Are you leaving it plugged in all night? Are you over charging it at all? Do you let the battery drain completely before you charge it again? if you answered yes to any of those they could be a factor. Bad news the battery will never be as good as when you got it. Good news by letting it drain completely and only charging it until its full can increase the life of your battery.
