Where Can I find Ringtones and Wallpapers for my Net 10 Phone?

I looked on the net 10 site, and all they have is ringtones, and shitty ringtones at that.

Anyways,
are there any good ringtones sites out there? I don't mind paying a small fee for one.

I have a Nokia 1600 ( i don't have internet on my phone so I can't get a ringtone that way)
