my nokia 6600 BL-5C battery is all swelled up. and the battery life is really bad.. something like half an hour or an hour or so.. after a full charge..! i wanted to know wat is the problem with it.. and is there a possibilty that it is going to blow. !!
the swelling has been for quite some time now.but i need some help with it!..

Nokia has issued a warning that the BL-5 batteries could cause fires during charging. This came out a couple of days ago. Take your phone to your store and they will exchange if for free if it is part of the recall. If not, I would buy a replacement. You don't want your cell to cause a fire.

It's really a problem. Nokia has announced the replacement for BL-5C battery. If your battery was made in Japan. You need to change it immediately. Take a look in this page. You can solve this problem http://batteryreplacement.nokia.com/batteryreplacement/en/

IF THEY DONT GIVE U A FREE BATTERY BEACAUSE OF RECALL JUST BUY ONE AND GO 2 CELLPHONESHOP.NET THEY HAVE BATTERIES 4 YA PHONE.
