I dropped my phone accidentally. When i tried to press the camera key, the phone hangs. Does this means that the camera is faulty? Will it be expensive to send it for repair?

try to have it checked. and ask how much will it cost you for the repair. be sure that the place where you are going to ask to repair your phone uses original parts. if it doesn't use those, your phone might become more faulty. :)
