how to format a nokia 6280 phone?this phone doesn't use a software.so,if i use a key code,it doesn't work.please explain to me

Hey you can format it by selecting factory reset by using the code *#7780# or *#7370#
Or you can select menu>settings>restore factory settings> ur phone will ask for security code the default code is 12345 & in case u have personalised the code use ur the same code you have kept
But be sure about completely formatting your phone okay. And do backup your essential data like contacts, calenders, etc.
