How do you know if a cell phone is locked or unlocked?
I have a nokia 1600, how do I know if it is locked or unlocked?
well there must be a way to know if it is unlocked. i need to unlock it.

If you don't know, it's probably locked. If you bought it from a cell phone store and haven't done anything to it - it's locked. If you got it from eBay, that's another story.
