I have a Nokia N85. Software version : 11.047 , date : 19/11/08. I know there is a new version as I checked on nokia's website .. the new one is Version: 31.002 . But when I try to update using either ovi or nokia software updater .. the application says that there is no updates available ... any help ?

Try on the nokia's offical website and it should have update that should work
