hello everyone , my phone is nokia 5800 xpress music , and i downloaded the last nokia software updater , and everything was going fine untill 20.5 Mega byte of downloding of 145.5 mega byte the size of the new software , stopped at this point .. 20.5 Mega byte .. and when i tried to redownlod it again it just start from the 20.5 MB and can't download more , i opend the firwall and i reinstalled the updater but it still starts from 20.5 MB .. and never go more .. what i need is .. i wish i can know where the folder which have the non completed download .. which is 20.5 MB .. that i will delete and make it start from 0 .. is any one can help????????

make a disk cleanup for your c drive and select everything and clean then restart your computer
if it didn't work you may try to update your software using ovi suite instead of nokia s/w updater
