I need GPRS,MMS and WAP settings for Nokia N79 Connection BSNL Circle : Goa/Maharastra?

i need step by Step procedure for setting up GPRS,MMS and WAP setup on my Nokia N79 mobile, My Connection is BSNL and operatin circle is Goa/Maharastra , Is there any method to send setting online or any message to be sent for receiving Seetings,
