if you have the nokia pc suite or ovi suite click the update software or go to nokia.com/support and download the updater software. Take note: your phone must be fully charged and back up your files before doing an update.

please install Nokia Ovi suite to computer. and update if possible.
1) open the software.
2)tools- software updates
there will show a box --checking updates for ovi and phone.
click -- phone and select the install option. it will automatically update phone software. but you must connect phone with USB cable.
