you cant but you can pick up an after market one (exactly the same as nokia but just called something else) for pretty cheap or try eBay. To avoid damage let you battery get down to almost empty b4 recharging and try to avoid quick boost ups. Nokia battery's are known for screwing up there is nothing you can do but it is worth it for the quality Nokia phone

is it still under warranty? Why not go into the store you bought it at and see if they have a policy.
They might have a responsibilty to replace it for you.

it happaens dear, if you can change it change it. or give it a jerk of high voltage ( 12 to 16) for some minutes. i got a mobile repair shop. we do this and we succced in it. it is not technically correct but it works, in 100% cases.

this is because your battery juice is dying out. just go to the phone store and get a new battery... i had this problem before and after i got a new one..., my problem was solved!

sometimes it is not battery which is faulty.
if your nokia phone has bluetooth it could be that it has a virus called caribe.to prove this , turn off your bluetooth and see how long the batt will last
