yesterday, i was at www.davidicke.com, www.lastingnetworks.com, yahoo, nokia and they all worked.
Today i can't to access yahoo! or any of the above website even www.nokia.com. I ran nortons anti-virus: nothing.
i ran avg anti-spyware: nothing
i ran lavasoft adaware: nothing.
I clear my cookies and temp folder then i can access them once or twice, then same happens.
The page that is displayed is: page not found.
I struggled to post this question aswell, as i get to the next page to submit, then it says: page not found.
Help pls.

Check your temporary internet files settings, be sure they are set to automatically check for newer versions of stored pages and also look at the disc space used, you may need to increase it....and finally go to the advanced tab and check the settings there, you may have cookies turned off or your security is set too high as well.

Ur sysadmin is a work related term and it would be right and proper for him to do so.
If your not trying to get here from work then
it could be your network connection -- call your provider and check.
It might be spyware, malware, or a hijacker -- try program HijackThis.exe it tends to trash the hijackers
or your computer is just about to fail.
