You need a data cable that is compatible with your cell phone. You then need to connect this cable to your cell phone and computer via the USB port and then transfer whatever you need.
If your phone did not come with a data cable, then your cell phone vendor would be the best person to contact for a compatible data cable and it's pretty cheap to buy. The data cable will come with an installation CD which will include drivers and software to move all types of data from the phone to the pc and vice versa.
