Spb Software announced the launch of a new product, Spb TV, program-player to view TV channels on your mobile phone (PDA). Spb TV represents a tool that, when installed on a PDA, a smartphone based on Windows Mobile, offers free access to television channels, broadcast in real time over IP protocol (ie online).
